But I must say I like challenges in my life and BSO is full of new challenges to make a school workshop so much fruitful and to build up a good communication with the students and others. Another thing is that I have a little wish in my mind to work for ensuring good lab facilities in schools of Bangladesh. I think one day I will able to fulfill this dream through BSO. Motivation: In my point of view in our country if we think about Science Education firstly we lack of motivation of learning. There are very few scopes to practice our theoretical knowledge on Science in the curriculum. Our students can’t relate their theoretical knowledge with practical approach which is a repulsive factor in learning Science. The process of teaching and the curriculum also needs to be modified so that the students can enjoy the beauty of science in significant manner. If we can’t enjoy the whole learning our knowledge won’t be accomplished. So in order to improve the whole Science Education we need to create an avenue for the students where the will be able to relate their knowledge of classroom with their real life with proper visions and guidelines. Scopes of Implementing the knowledge should be increased. Students should get the chance to practice and apply their own knowledge in practical fields. Moreover we need to portray science as an interesting one so that the student can extract the inherent beauty and fun of science. I believed I could be change maker by implementing these perceptions of mine directly into the field of rural education in our country.
